RDS Partnership Advises SSF Home Group Berhad On Its ACE Market Listing
Congratulations to SSF Home Group Berhad (SSF) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 12 October 2023.
SSF is principally involved in the retail of furniture, home décor and home living products and is a homegrown brand with over 40 retail stores in Malaysia.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, SSF will have a market capitalisation of approximately RM200 million based on an issue price of RM0.25 per share and an enlarged share capital of 800 million shares.
SSF Group raised a total of RM50 million from the initial public offering whereby about RM21 million will be allocated to the set-up of the new retail outlets, further expanding SSF’s presence.
