RDS Partnership Advises Minox International Group Berhad On Its IPO On Bursa Malaysia
RDS Partnership congratulates Minox International Group Berhad (Minox) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 17.10.2023.
Minox is principally involved in the distribution of stainless steel sanitary valves, tubes and fittings. Upon its listing, Minox has a market capitalisation of RM 90 million based on the IPO price of RM 0.25 per share and an enlarged share capital of 360 million shares.
Minox raised a total of RM 22.5 million from the initial public offering whereby about RM 13 million will be allocated to the growth and expansion of its business, including product development and deployment, construction of its new warehouse in Puchong, Selangor, and setting up a new warehouse in Singapore.
